Ergon

Hope it's HOT enough for ya all. LOL!!!!
104 degrees yesterday, broke a record!!
I finally found out what he is deadly afraid of, a tarp. He doesn't mind too much on the ground but soon as he hears it flopping he's a ready for it to eat him. I have a Mustang filly in with him and she is trying to help as much as she can. She grabbed the tarp in her mouth and ran with it. And ran straight for Ergon and flopped it right on his back. Scared him so bad he thought it was his worst nightmare coming true. LOL!!
But we have been working on it for about a week now. And I got it where I can put it on him all over.
He loves to trail ride and see the open terrain. Now I have him loping long distances and he is excellent in all gaits. Very, very smooooth!!
I have been leading other Mustangs with him to new pasture and he does a fine job.
