Don't know if you've been watching Flash's progress but he's very skeptical of touching by humans! Seems as though he's from one of those areas where the horses are a little harder to "win" over. Our progress has been slow, but steady. Last night I wanted him in closer to me so in desperation I placed his feed bowl 3 1/2 feet from the bucket I was sitting on. He did the advance, retreat several times before "taking the chance" and eating. I remained silent and still and he ate over half of it before deciding he had enough. His trust level is not there yet, but I know we'll manage through it! Here's some photos that show last night....
