Kirstin - I am so impressed by you! WOW is all that I can say - you are amazing!!!!!

I look forward to the day that I see that kind of softness in Reno's eyes. He is just now starting to break down his walls and let me close enough to hug him. I have never been around a horse that is this full of fear. As each day passes though, we get a little closer and he trusts me a little more.

I am hoping I can find a way to keep him, because our journey will be nowhere close to done in September!

For those of you that are like me.... feeling way behind everyone else... I completely agree with Kirstin. This is about these mustangs and not us. I am going to get him comfortable with things as he is ready and not push him. I am so proud of everyone - no matter what level they compete at - IF they even compete at all. If the horses are ready they will tell us and it is up to us as their trainers to listen to them.
