My big black gelding is doing real good. We are still on the simple stuff. I think he came a long way from putting his front feet over the 7 foot high loading shute wall and a 15 hour trailer ride. He has calmed down alot quicker than I thought he would and we have bonded nicely. I need to get at his front feet. His heals are real long and he looks uncomfortable. I am able to pick them up but he does't let me have them long enough to get them trimmed. I think he will real soon.
