EXTREME MUSTANG MAKEOVER - TRAINER BLOG

Welcome to the Extreme Mustang Makeover Trainer Blog. Extreme Mustang Makeover trainers are a dedicated bunch of men and women who are using their incredible talents to train these amazing horses. Here you'll be able to share in their journey as they tell their own stories of connection, triumph and victory in building their unique bond with an American Mustang. Enjoy!

Ye haww!!

Okay heres the boys under saddle Troubadour and Cowboy Cadillac. Have not been on their backs yet climbed up there but we are taking it slow. Troubadour seems to be coming around now little rough at first with him he was pretty darn wild. Cowboy on the other hand is pretty laid back does not seem to mind much at all once he realizes its not going to eat him. Sorry my internet is being a real big pain were we live at so its been kind of sporadic. Wish I could blog everyday as well, but I will keep everyone posted. Hopefully we are going to start riding here in the next day or so. Troubadour decided to spook at something last week and kicked me in the shin, ended up with 8 stitches WOOHOOOO!!!! Very exciting day, but we were back at it as soon as I got out of the hospital.

We also have started the two kids on feed as well, hay and grain. It seems to be going pretty good had to kinda show them what it was and it was kind of a learning process for them to figure it out. Cowboy he seems to be slower than Troubadour at picking up the feed thing. Troubadour well hes looking forward to chow time everyday and it seems to have made him bond a little more with us. Patience lots and lots of patience!!
Everyone keep up the good work!! Mustangs Rock!!!
