Mustang Trainers

Christina glad to hear that you are back on Nine. And Robbie just proved why I have always said that the Mustang Trainers are the greatest people around. They all have 1 common goal and that is the Mustang and everyone is so willing and ready to offer any help that they can. In today's world it's nice to see.
Not much to report on Kirstin & Tuff. Kirstin got part of the weekend off. We let her go up to the lake Saturday afternoon and she returned Sunday afternoon. Her father got in the pen with Tuff just to see what he can do and he was impressed with all that he is retaining. Kirstin has kind of sped through so much of the ground work, but Tuff is a sponge and is learning it so quickly. We were a little afraid that Kirstin was skipping things, but Tuff has leading, yielding hindquarters, yielding forequarters, backing, staying out of your space and lunging with stops, & directional changes down like an old pro. We were really surprised. Since her father & I both work full time and then have a ranch to run after we get home, we don't get to spend a lot of time with her while she is training. I tried going out there last night just to get some new pictures but by the time I got out there, she was already done training and started feeding all of the horses. If anyone can think of anything that she might be missing at this point, please let us know. This is only her 2nd time to train a horse, so she is still quite green herself.
